THE 2000 XT350.

The XT350 continues offers dual-sport riders a 346cc four-stroke, four-valve engine, which uses a dual-stage, twin throat carburetor and two intake tracks for low-end response. To reduce vibration and rider fatigue, the XT350 uses an engine crank counterbalancer. For easier starts, an automatic de-compression device has been added.

The XT350's short wheelbase and light weight --the lightest in its class-- and its seat height remains the lowest in the 350cc class. Sporting the largest fuel tank of its competitors, the XT350 will provide well over one hundred miles range on or off-road.

The XT350's suspension includes air-adjustable front forks with 10 inches of travel, a single shock rear suspension with over eight inches of travel and front compression and damping adjustments.

The 2000 XT350 is one of the lowest priced bikes in the 350cc dual-sport class, and it will be available in white/blue at Yamaha dealers for a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $4,449.
