I am opposed to the implementation of Alternative D in the White River National Forest. I feel the current use of the forest is in balance between recreation, conservation and proper care of the environment.

While Alternative D may appear to make forest management simpler, and it will certainly satisfy a small group of extreme environmental groups, it goes against the wishes of the majority of forest users and borders on being unconstitutional.

I urge you to change your preference to Alternative B (No Action) so as not to interfere or limit the current recreational uses of our forests.

I request that you put my name on your mailing list for future correspondence regarding the White River National Forest and future revision plans.
