Top 10 UTV Modifications

Doors
As time goes by, OEMs have fine-tuned their door designs and made tremendous improvements on not only the doors themselves but also the latching mechanisms.  Still, we feel a new set of doors is a wise investment, as they can improve upon the stock design that sometimes has openings where sticks and rocks can still sneak through. Besides, updated doors can also provide an added customized look to the vehicle as well. Pro Armor is one company that offers a variety of door options for virtually every sport UTV model on the market.

Seats
We’re not going to lie, aftermarket seats are purely a luxury item, and if you’re on a tight budget this probably won’t be near the top of your list.  However, spend a long day in the dunes or on the trail with a stock seat and then sink your backside into an aftermarket seat by PRP or Triple X Seats and you’ll be amazed how quickly you’re suddenly able to scrape up the cash.  While seats do absolutely nothing for the performance of the vehicle, they are an absolute necessity in our mind to help make the time behind the wheel more enjoyable and a whole lot more comfortable. Your hindquarters will thank you!

Lights
For those late-night dune runs out to Oldsmobile hill, high-output aftermarket lights are an absolute must. Riding anywhere at night can be dangerous but sand dunes, with sharp razorbacks and slip faces that appear out of nowhere, can be especially dangerous. The more illumination the better, and we recommend a high-output LED light bar like this one from Rigid Industries.
