If you’ve been anxious to get an up close look at the Rivian R1T electric truck or R1S electric SUV, you will get your chance this spring and summer as Rivian is planning a multi-city tour.
So far no exact dates or locations have been announced, though Rivian did offer up the following information on its website:
- Miami – April
- New York City – May
- Los Angeles – May
- Chicago – July
- Detroit – August

If you aren’t too familiar with Rivian, the company boasts some pretty impressive numbers for its R1T electric truck and R1S electric SUV. This includes a range of up to 400 miles, 0-60 mph in just three seconds, up to 750 horsepower, 11,000-pound towing capacity in the R1T (7700 lbs in the R1S), and a wading depth of more than three feet.
