Can’t decide which of your best buddies to take with you but still want to blast dunes in a Polaris RZR XP Turbo S? Now you can take ‘em all – or at least three – with the introduction of a four-seat model.

Today, Polaris is unveiling a primo upgrade to the fabulously nasty and aggro RZR XP Turbo S. With the addition of two seats, the beast is bigger and badder than ever, able to carry a quartet of Large Persons over extreme terrain.

Yes, the 2019 Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo S boasts a 72-inch stance, meaning this thing will be more stable than the Rock of Gibraltar. Standard equipment includes 32-inch tires which contribute to its gonzo 16-inch ground clearance. Go ahead and put all 168 horsepower to use, as the Dynamix Active Suspension will allow for 25-inches of travel before bottoming out on the skid plate.

“The launch of the Turbo S platform was met with overwhelming excitement from our consumers, we knew the next step was to make it available in a four-seat model,” Chris Musso, president of Off-Road Vehicles, Polaris. “As a result, we effectively raised the bar again, setting the standard in 72-inch side-by-side performance.”

Polaris says the RZR XP 4 Turbo S has a reinforced chassis and stronger axles designed to strengthened nearly every component of the machine. An all-new isolated front drive features higher impact strength compared to other units, while the ROPS and other suspension parts are built to handle the extreme forces that the RZR XP 4 Turbo S will produce when the driver turns the fun to eleven.

The cockpit boasts a four-point harness while a premium flat-bottomed Sparco steering wheel will make your rockin’ world go ‘round. A new digital instrument display cluster with seven-inch Ride Command display in the centre dash is tuned to work while the operator is wearing gloves.

Available in Indy Red and Polaris Blue, this 168-horsepower beast of a machine will be available in dealerships by the middle of this month, checking in at a base price of $30,499 in America. Add about $6500 to that number if you’re in the Great White North.
