Whether you deploy your off-road toy for work or play, Can-Am has a few tricks up its accessories sleeve. Here are a few new additions for 2019.

SxS Gear

Window Nets – Get your NASCAR on with these mesh screen window nets. Not only will they provide protection against wind and certain debris, they make your side-by-side look like its ready for Turn Three at Eldora.  The nets, available for front and rear spaces, can be lowered quickly and are sold in pairs. This accessory will hoover $149.99 from your wallet.

MTX Central Speakers – Being the center of attention is as much a need for some people as is coffee in the morning (*raises hand*). This is just the ticket to help you flaunt that attitude: a top-mounted central speaker case with twin 6.5-inch speakers pounding out 100W. You can add it to an existing MTX Audio System or use it as a standalone speaker and connect the AUX input jack directly into your music device. Be prepared to pony up $649.99.

Adventure Roof Rack – Constructed of heavy-duty 1.25-inch diameter steel tubing, this rack offers convenient cargo solutions for both off-road adventures and serious chores in the Defender and Defender MAX vehicles. Capable of holding up to 75 pounds, this accessory will make your rig look like its ready for a safari. Lions and tigers sold separately, though. Priced at $499.99.

ATV Gear

Extra-High Windshield – Laugh if you want but these super-tall windshields are a godsend to anyone riding through thick brush or whose height would normally qualify them for the NBA. At the very least, less bugs in the teeth is always a good thing. The new ultimate 16-in. (41 cm) extra-high windshield kit from Can-Am accessories offers ample coverage from the elements for both riders large and small. It is designed to install / remove easily without tools once the base brackets are installed. Choose from a yaffle of colors, starting at $219.99.

Jump Starter – Finding yourself or your buddy with a flat battery when it’s time to head for home ranks up there with finding out someone drank all your beer; annoying, unnecessary, and more than a little bit ragey. Fortunately, Can-Am offers this jump starter that’s pint sized in dimensions but not in power. It is small enough to fit in a backpack or glove box, making it easy to add this device to your off-road riding emergency kit prior to venturing out. The water-resistant unit includes enclosed output ports and 4 LED battery indicators to show the battery charge level. It’s a wise spend of $114.99.
