– Reflecting its 50-plus-year legacy at the forefront of performance tire development, Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels has announced a new 45,000 mile/73,000 km Tread Wear Warranty to back up the superior design and construction of its Baja ATZP3 off-road tire.

“Our customers are purchasing more than just tires for their light trucks and SUVs,” said Ken Warner, Vice President of Marketing for Mickey Thompson. “They are purchasing the confidence and assurance that the Baja ATZP3 will perform reliably both off-road and on the highway, and this new warranty is our way of validating their trust and confidence.”

The Baja ATZP3 features Mickey Thompson’s exclusive PowerPly 3-ply sidewall and is constructed of a new compound with improved cut and chip resistance. Additional features include an extra wide footprint with beefy tread blocks and multi-draft, self-cleaning grooves. Mickey Thompson’s Baja ATZP3 tires offer the ultimate in highway comfort and reliable off-road durability.

The Baja ATZP3 Tread Wear Warranty provides the original purchaser with a pro-rated credit toward the purchase of a new Mickey Thompson tire, should the tire wear down to the tread wear indicators before 45,000 miles/ 73,000 km. Standard limitations apply, including proper fitment to vehicle, documented rotations and submission of records to Mickey Thompson.
