Cypress, Calif. (June 28, 2016) – Nitto Tire U.S.A. Inc. has announced that it has become the presenting sponsor of Florida Georgia Line’s 2016 Dig Your Roots tour. Not only will Nitto be hitting the road with the Diamond-selling country duo, but it has also built a special Florida Georgia Line-themed vehicle to introduce its newest light-truck tire – the Ridge Grappler.

Dirt roads and four wheel drives are a staple of country music and the lifestyle that inspires it, as Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line can attest. Not only are these recurring themes in many of their songs, but both artists also have their own customized trucks. This is what makes the group’s 2016 tour the perfect launching point for Nitto’s latest addition to the Grappler lineup. “We couldn’t be more excited to be the presenting sponsors of Florida Georgia Line’s 2016 tour,” said Stephen Leu, Brand Publishing Manager for Nitto Tire. “Country music and trucks go hand-in-hand and we couldn’t think of a better way to launch the newest tire in our popular Grappler lineup.”

In addition to sponsoring the concert series, Nitto has also built a special Florida Georgia Line truck that was unveiled at the CMA Fest show in Nashville, Tennessee on June 11th, 2016, giving attendees an exclusive first look at the all-new Ridge Grappler. Fans of Nitto Tire and Florida Georgia Line will also have a chance to enter a drawing to win this special truck at each of the tour’s stops or online for a giveaway at the end of the year.
