Ram truck just announced a new special edition model of its Ram 1500 today, as it will offer a limited-edition it calls the Ram 1500 Stinger Yellow Sport. Sporting a Stinger Yellow paint job, this truck will be available in both Crew Cab 4×2 and 4×4 options.

“The Ram 1500 Sport offers unique features for customers who enjoy aggressive styling and great performance,” said Ram Truck head honcho Mike Manley in a press release today. “Truck buyers are very attached to their vehicles and the Stinger Yellow Sport model adds a custom appearance to the segment’s best-looking truck.”

Aside from the bumble-bee paint job, the Stinger Yellow Sport will feature the 395-horsepower HEMI engine standard, which will be mated to a an eight-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission. Also found on the Stinger Yellow Spot is a dual chrome-tipped exhaust, a vented sport hood and 22-inch wheels on the 4×2 models – don’t worry 4x4ers, Ram will scale things down and off the Stinger with 20s for you.

Ram says the Sport interior is designed to complement the Ram’s bold exterior coloring a black cockpit, which is then accented with Light Black Chrome and yellow details. Body-color accent stitching can be found throughout the interior of the truck, Sport embroidery is found on the seats and the headrest, and the black leather seats are accented with sport mesh on the seating inserts. Ram also says the special-edition truck includes the 8.4-inch Uconnect system equipped with with navigation and a standard rear-view camera system.
