Homebush, New South Wales
– Returning to Australia for the third time in 2015, 11 identically prepared SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks presented by TRAXXAS trucks will invade Sydney’s Olympic Park for three recently added exhibition races December 4-6.

Similar to the previous visits to Australia in February and last month’s Gold Coast event the SSTs will race the same exact 13-turn 2.1-mile (3.4 km) street circuit built for their much different counterparts from the V8 SuperCars, however, unlike the SuperCars the trucks will navigate over five 30-inch-tall specially designed aluminum ramps placed in prime fan-viewing locations throughout the streets of the Sydney Olympic Park, a series of modern stadiums and arenas built for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. The crowd-pleasing ramps will launch the trucks and their drivers nearly 20 feet (six meters) in the air and as much as 150 feet (45 meters) down course to the cheers of thousands of thrill seekers.

Looking to back up his overall win at the Gold Coast 600 in February; Norwell, Queensland resident and ultra versatile V8 Supercar and Sprint Car racer Paul Morris will lead the charge of 6 Australian drivers. Young Open Wheel standout Matt Brabahm whom announced a drive in the 2016 100 running of the Indianapolis 500 will look to improve on runner-up finishes at Gold Coast and the Valvoline Raceway dirt event.

Also joining Morris and Brabham will be return drives of Australian Stuntman Matt Mingay, and a pair of Toyo Tires desert racers from South Australia; Brad Gallard and Greg Gartner. Joining the field for the first time 2-time Australian drift champion Rob Whyte of Gold Coast, Queensland will also look to test his skills behind the wheel of his 600-hp life like TRAXXAS truck.

A hand full of Americans returning to Australia to battle the Aussies are Robby Gordon of Orange Calif.; Team TRAXXAS drivers Sheldon Creed of Alpine, Calif. and P.J. Jones of Scottsdale, Ariz., LIVE and Think Loud Entertainment driver Scotty Steele of Peoria, Ariz., and United Fiber and Data driver Bill Hynes of Nazareth, Penn.

Creed crowned the 2015 Series Champion just a few short weeks ago in Las Vegas, Nev., will look to lead the pack of hungry Americans against a very talented group of Australian drivers looking to claim bragging rights through the first event of 2016 in Adelaide, South Australia March 3-6.

Race one will take place on Friday afternoon at 2:55 p.m. local time, while Race two will take place at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, and race three rounding out the 2015 season at 11:35 am Sunday morning prior to the V8 Supercar championship finale.
