Greg-Adler-Motorsports-4-Wheel-Parts-6-24-15Compton, California – This weekend, the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series will be shining under the bright lights of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Team 4 Wheel Parts has the 900HP #10 Pro4 of Greg Adler primed and ready to attack the mile-long short course battleground.

The annual event at the purpose-built facility in the shadows of the glitz and glamor of the Las Vegas strip has become a mainstay on the schedule since the series’ inaugural season, joining such prestigious events such as the NASCAR Sprint Cup and NHRA Drag Racing at the expansive motorsports complex. Now, Adler and the team will be putting the exclamation point on their summer in the short course off-road racing season’s penultimate event of the year.

“We always look forward to racing in Las Vegas,” said Adler. “Each year the crowd has continued to grow and last year was the largest yet. There can be a lot of distractions there, but we know we’re coming into town to focus on the race and put the truck on the podium. This is a veteran team and we’re confident we can get it done.”

One of the most rewarding aspects for Adler and Team 4 Parts is the series events often coincide with 4 Wheel Parts locations throughout the country and this weekend in Las Vegas will be no exception. The team will welcome many of the employees and family member from the neighboring 4 Wheel Parts retail location in Las Vegas to the race. “There are a lot of great guys who have a passion for trucks, motorsports and off-road racing who work in our stores,” said the company President and CEO. “Las Vegas is one of our flagship locations and we’re pleased that they’ll be out at the track with us supporting the team.”

The short course off-road track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is located at 7000 Las Vegas Blvd. N. in Las Vegas, Nevada. The action kicks off with the first of two nights of racing on Friday the 18th with Greg Adler and the Pro4 field leading the charge at 7:30 p.m. Gates will open to the public both days at 4 p.m. and with the entire paddock area accessible to spectators throughout the day, Adler and Team 4 Wheel Parts will be on hand to sign autographs and visit with fans.

This thrilling weekend in Las Vegas is the second to last event of the season before the series returns to Southern California for the year’s Lucas Oil Challenge Cup grand finale at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park. There’s nothing like live short course off-road racing action, but if you can’t be there to see it in person, the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series is broadcast throughout the season on CBS, the CBS Sports Network and MAVTV.
