Compton, California
– Buoyed by his season best third place finish in the 6th round of Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series competition in Lake Elsinore, California, Greg Adler and his Team 4 Wheel Parts Pro4 are set to line up against off-road racing’s elite this weekend, June 20-21 at Miller Motorsports Park (MMP) in Tooele, Utah. With his consistently strong qualifying efforts putting him in contention throughout the Elsinore weekend resulting in his trip to the podium, Adler and his veteran team are set to carry the momentum into Utah as the season rapidly approaches the midway point.

“We made some significant changes to the truck before Elsinore and our results showed us that we’re headed the right direction with the set-up,” said Adler. “It felt good to get the first one of the season under our belt and now we need to take that confidence into Utah and put together a strong performance at Miller.”

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Tooele Valley just outside of Salt Lake City, Miller Motorsports Park is an automotive enthusiast’s paradise providing a unique environment for fans to experience the brutal excitement of Lucas Oil Off Road Racing.

Adler and the Pro4 field of roaring 900HP trucks dancing and flying over the 9/10th mile short course off-road battlefield on the expansive 511-acre complex present a stark contrast to the scenic backdrop of the Oquirrh Mountains. With the recent announcement by the Miller Organization that they will be relinquishing control of the Motorsports Park on October 31, Adler is preparing for what may be the Series’ final visit to the location for Rounds 7&8 as the facility faces an uncertain future.

“Miller Motorsports Park is a premier, world class facility that has been one of our favorite places to visit each season,” he said. “There are a tremendous number of passionate off-road enthusiasts in the region and it’s great to see them come out and pack the stands each year. We’re looking forward to racing there this weekend and hope we have the opportunity to return in the future.”

For the first time this season, gates open at 8 a.m., providing spectators the chance each day to experience the early morning qualifying sessions that determine the grid for the afternoon’s races. With the paddock area open to the public, attendees are encouraged to visit the Team 4 Wheel Parts pit area and enjoy an up close look as the crew prepares for competition.

Along with this weekend’s event in Utah, the 18-round Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series competes on purpose-built tracks in Arizona, Nevada, California and for the first time ever this year, Ensenada, Mexico.
