BRIGHTON, Mich. – Some vehicles, under higher load or high-speed use, may have issues with fluid leaks from the differential or transmission vent. To address these types of fluid control problems, Lingenfelter Performance Engineering has created a uniquely-designed Universal Differential and Transmission Vent Bladder Kit. It was developed to be the ideal solution for high-performance vehicles that are required to have a closed differential system by some sanctioning bodies. In addition, off-road vehicles whose differential and/or transmission may become submerged in water can also benefit from the installation of this high-quality Lingenfelter vent bladder.

The silicone rubber universal bladder works with most automotive differentials and transmissions and is designed to expand to 2.25 liters, enough capacity to account for the thermal expansion in most light- or medium-duty differentials, including the AAM 241mm (9.5 inch) differential.

It can be used in either an open or sealed configuration and can be oriented both vertically and horizontally. The durable, easy to install kit come complete with all components, including a stainless steel adapter fitting, Oetiker clamps, 1/4-inch ID high-pressure fluid rubber hose, and complete instructions. Lingenfelter also offers a range of optional components to adapt the kit to a variety of applications.
