Colorado Springs
– Nine-time off-road champions Brad & Roger Lovell are excited to welcome Kawasaki to the team through an exciting association based on the burgeoning side x side market and the Kawasaki Teryx4.

“We have come to appreciate how accessible the off-road lifestyle becomes with a Teryx,” said Brad Lovell. “It’s capable, it has a warranty, and financing is available. After owning custom rock crawlers and race trucks for 20 years, it just seems so easy to load this thing up and go have fun with the family.”

The 2014 Teryx is available in a 2-seat or 4-seat configuration both with a maneuverable 85″ wheelbase (16.7′ turning radius) and fuel injected 783cc engine. WIth a 1,300 lb towing capacity and electronic power steering, the Teryx is easily capable of towing a race truck around the pits while adjustable Fox Podium shocks and a selectable differential lock make fully capable in the desert, dunes, or backcountry.

“When we needed something for pre-running King of the Hammers, hauling stuff in the TORC pits, and weekend fun we looked to Kawasaki,” continued Brad. “The Teryx4 fits the bill and as longtime Kawasaki users, we are proud to be part of Team Green. We are excited to be involved in the UTV industry and have lots of great ideas and custom touches planned.”

Kawasaki also shares a rich history with AMSOIL through Team Babbit’s championship winning AMSOIL Arenacross team.

It looks like 2014 is sizing up well for the Lovell Brothers with Spidertrax Off-Road upping their backing to become a major supporter of the team. “Spidertrax is one of those great companies engrained in off-road. Whatever they do, they do it best so we are really excited to have their engineering expertise behind us.”

In a matter of days, Lovell Racing will depart for the 2014 King of the Hammers to race the #232 AMSOIL / Torchmate / BFGoodrich Tires rock racer in both the 4800 Legends class and 4400 Unlimited Class.
