SCORE-Logo-12-5-11SAN DIEGO — Delivering another star-studded broadcast, SCORE Trophy Truck champion driver Jesse Jones and shock absorber tuning specialist and veteran navigator Todd Tenbroek will be in the SCORE spotlight during Tuesday’s Dirt LiveHD at 7 p.m. (PT) during the increasingly-popular internet show. Airing in High Definition on www.score-international.com, the show will air from its broadcast home at the SCORE International tech shop in El Cajon, Calif., just east of San Diego.

Jones, 47, is a top racer and former champion in the marquee SCORE Trophy Truck racing division while Tenbroek who is one of the top co-riders in the sport especially assisting teams with shock tuning.

Roger Norman’s Dirt Live one-hour show is broadcast live weekly and the show is anchored around Norman’s two desert racing series, the SCORE Desert Series and the High Desert Racing Association as well as the new bonus points championship purse program he has developed called the World Championship of Desert Racing. All live events, this will be the 35th weekly Dirt LiveHD episode to air. Replays of previous Dirt LiveHD shows are kept in an electronic library on the dirtlive.com website.

Jones, Litchfield Park, Ariz., is a veteran SCORE desert racer with two season point championships in his career.  In 2001, Jones won the Class 8 title and in 2010 he captured the featured SCORE Trophy Truck division. Jones won both the Tecate SCORE San Felipe 250 and the SCORE Las Vegas Terrible’s Primm 300 races during his 2010 championship season in the No. 76 Jones Motorsports Ford F-150 SCORE Trophy Truck. Coincidently, those are the two races he won in 2001 when he captured the SCORE Class 8 point title.

For the past two seasons Jones has teamed up with Las Vegas’ Menzies Motorsports, pre-running and sometimes exchanging seat time with driver of record Bryce Menzies in the No. 70 Red Bull Menzies Motorsports Ford F-150 SCORE Trophy Truck. While Jones and Menzies normally drive as solo racers, by having each listed as a second driver on the other’s truck, they are available to drive if needed.

Tenbroek, of El Cajon, Calif., is known in the sport as one of the top riding mechanics who races with Andy McMillin in the SCORE Trophy Truck division. Tenbroek is a special projects manager in the off-road division of FOX Shox based in their general sales and service office in El Cajon. Tenbroek also provides shock testing and tuning for a variety of SCORE racers in addition to his skills as a co-rider.

Also on Tuesday night’s show, SCORE Tech co-director Jake Velasco will present another special Tech Tips segment. This week Velasco will provide several SCORE updates. There will also be a special video of the week shown.

Dirt LiveHD also goes on-site live with expanded event coverage during SCORE and HDRA race weeks and will next be on-site to cover the Mirage HDRA Las Vegas 300 desert race, hosted by the Moapa Band of Paiutes on the Moapa River Indian Reservation north of Las Vegas on Sept. 27-29. The course will run entirely on the Moapa River Indian Reservation, 30 miles north of Las Vegas of off Interstate-15.
