MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (August 30, 2012) – After serving as title sponsor of the Hangtown and High Point rounds earlier this season, MX Sports Pro Racing and Alli Sports, a division of NBC Sports, announce that FMF Racing will serve the same role for this weekend’s penultimate round of the 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing. This Saturday’s Labor Day Weekend tradition in Delmont, Pa., will be officially known as the FMF Steel City National.

Steel City Raceway has been hosting the world’s best riders since 1989, and this weekend the stars of the sport will converge on the facility to continue their season-long battle for supremacy.

“With two highly successful races behind us, we felt like Steel City was a perfect way to close out the season,” said Donny Emler Jr., Brand and Marketing Director for FMF Racing. “This race has become a tradition in our sport and we couldn’t be happier to know that we sponsored each of the iconic Nationals in the state of Pennsylvania.”

FMF has served as the Official Exhaust of the Nationals throughout the 2012 season, continuing its longstanding support of American Motocross. Its top-of-the-line aftermarket exhausts and its new line of apparel will be available on Saturday at the event.

Television coverage from the FMF Steel City National will feature a full day of live coverage, beginning at 1 p.m. Eastern on Saturday, with the first 450 and 250 Class motos featured on FUEL TV and online at AlliSports.com. The second motos of both classes will also be showcased live, beginning at 3 p.m. Eastern on NBC Sports Network.

Tickets for the final two rounds of the 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship can be found at www.allisports.com.
