Torsion Bar Adjustment

My son has a '94 toyota 4x4 that keeps snapping front axles- Do think this is form torsion bar adjustments? He does not have to be 4 wheeling for them to snap. His truck has a 5" superlift with 3" body lift and 35" tires. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Did he use Heavy duty axel or stock axel. at 33" you are pushing the limit of stock axeles. 35" you will break it.
