Certainly one of the easiest and most effective performance upgrades I have encountered, that's how I can quickly describe the addition of LC Engineering's exhaust header system to my 1994 Toyota 4x4 pickup with the 4 cylinder (22R-E) engine, 5 speed manual transmission, 31x10.50/15 BFG A/Ts, and no significant engine modifications
