The Desert Tank is a heavy beast. Weighing in at an embarrassing weight, near GVWR weight, it's pretty rough on the suspensions. But with the latest in Bilstein Shocks mixed with the perfect springs from National Spring Company, we felt we were set. After 350 miles we discovered the right front shock was loose where the shock meets the mount. But other then the annoying every so often noise, it was harmless. A slight adjustment after some early morning coffee and we were ready to roll once again.
