The 1998 models are nearly identical to the 97.5 models in all respects. Starting with the external features, the same 4 models are available once again. The HVAC scoop is still present along with the scupper vents on the enclosed models. The Burgundy Metallic color has been dropped. Stainless steel wheel covers are available to give the wheels a little flash. HID lights are also available along with the usual roof rack, tire carriers, and winch.

goodies, it?s time to add some performance modifications! We tried
a couple power adding modules, an exhaust system, along with a few
other items.

PIAA lights are consisdered to be some of the best in the world, able to withstand the abuse that we off-roaders dish out and continue to provide excellent light output. We have reviews some of their products and hope to have more reviews done.

 | Gear Reduction October 1, 2005 By:Gerald Luiz
Summary: The purpose of this series of articles was to examine the mechanics of how our vehicles more around. They are made up of several interesting elements that combine to give us torque, speed, power, and linear force. While we all seem to understand the effects of the combination, we hope that a technical study of the elements leads us to a better understanding of our vehicles and how to modify them.
