Project Suzushi Petroworks Power Steering Kit

November 1, 2005

Driving California's Rubicon Trail last August turned out to be tons of fun. The trail is relentless from almost the very beginning. Big rocks, tight turns.

Spit-n-urai

November 1, 2005

I have owned this car twice. Once as a project (combining two cars into one) for restoration--a nice stock job. Then, four years later, I bought it back as a basket case.

Project Samurai 1600 Engine Kit

November 1, 2005

This is the second in a series of articles on Project Samurai. This project is a tire to top build up using bolt-on Calmini performance accessories.

Project Suzushi Miscellaneous

November 1, 2005

The center console layout is shown at right. The speaker is one for a cellular phone. The mic clip is simply trapped between the rubber boot for the t-case shifter and the Durabak bed-lining.

Rhinosaurus Rex Part 4

November 1, 2005

This is as she last stood just before Christmas 1998 when she was hastily disassembled for a 'two week' break while an urgent, 'small' job came in. Nearly seven months on she was still in pieces, scattered around L.A. Supa Trux's (LAST) workshop.

Rhinosaurus Rex Part 5

November 1, 2005

Here are some pictures taken during the 6 month break while nothing else was going on. These are more for fun.

Brian Wheelock

November 1, 2005

This is a picture of me splashing through one hell of a puddle. My dad and I took our two sammys out for a day in the woods in Wisconsin. The Sammys made it back in a few more pieces then they left in, but they did make it back under their own power (if that is what you can call it.) The 700 mile round trip, plus play time, seemed to have no effect on the Sammys.
