The Dodge Ramcharger has undergone many minor mechanical changes, although the various years of Ramchargers, like Blazers and Broncos, are all strikingly similar.

For a number of years, Dodge put an early form of computer control on their engines which combined electronic ignition with electronically controlled carburetors. Unfortunately, it had its problems, so a retro-fit kit was sold which allowed the electronic controls to be removed. How can you tell if this has been done to your truck?

Choosing a 4 barrel carburetor for an old V8 is much more difficult than choosing a manifold. This is because there are countless options and an overabundance of available advice.

This is a mighty V-10 powered Dodge. From the factory, it is supposed to have 300 Horsepower and some 450 ft. lbs. of torque. With some minor mods, I'm sure that I'm making a little more than that. I'll try to get more info about the engine and mods in the future.
