I was perusing the gearing page and thought that this Lotus 123 spreadsheet might be of some use. Since my ’94 Sammy does not have a tachometer yet, I wanted to have a feel for what RPM I was turning at various speeds in various gears. I created this spreadsheet that others may find useful. It is quite simple with the blue shaded numbers being the inputs.

The new Excel 2K format version contains two sheets, one for '90 and earlier Samurais, one for '90 and later Samurais, to provide an easy means of working with the two different 5^th gears. There's an overlap in model years because there is an overlap in transmissions as shipped.
