Hood latch Review Cool Cruisers of Texas

Source: Toyota Land Crusier at Off-Road.com

As my FJ40 is slowly coming together, I keep finding myself in need of the little detail parts. I gave Cool Cruisers of Texas a try. These guy are on top of their game. They have almost every little part you could need to bring your cruiser back in to stock form. I ordered a pair of new aftermarket hood latches as my stock ones were on there last leg.

As you can see, these new pieces look just like the originals. Well worth the price.

Stock 1971 FJ40 hood latches. They have seen better days.

Here are the new hood latches installed with new stainless hardware. Now I wont have to worry about the bolts rusting any more.

Doesn't that look better?

If you are in need of any piece for your TLC rebuild, I would highly suggest giving Cool Cruisers of Texas a try.
