Tuff Country has developed their Chevy / GMC 6” 1500 4wd Heavy Duty lift kit with a very unique spindle design. Unlike many other systems on the market, the Tuff Country EZ-Ride’s spindle design allows for more positive off set on the tire and wheel combination. Proper front end tracking keeps the front end in the stock position. Most manufactures spread the tracking between 2” to 4”. Tuff Country’s spindle design does not limit the consumer to a small variety of tire and wheel combinations. They have also taken the lift design a step further by combining the front and rear cross members into one integrated sub frame. Made of ¼” steel this sub frame along with lateral compression arms work to stabilize the front end. Installation of the Tuff Country lift kit is installer friendly due to the spindle and sub frame combination. Compared to many other suspension manufactures in the industry, installing the Tuff Country spindle & sub frame cuts installation time in half. Other components used in the Tuff Country EZ-Ride 1500 HD lift kit includes a driver and passenger upper differential drop brackets, torsion bar drop blocks, rear blocks & u-bolts.
