FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LODI, CA - Valley Industries has improved upon its popular Under-Bed Gooseneck Hitch System(tm) with the introduction of the Stow-A-Ball(tm) Gooseneck Hitch.

Using a custom mounting bracket attached under the bed, the Stow-A-Ball hitch allows full use of the truck bed when not towing. With Stow-A-Ball, rather than removing the tow ball from its mount until needed, the tow ball can be turned upside down and stored inside the ball socket, flush with the bed of the truck.

"Convenience is the key advantage of the Stow-A-Ball gooseneck hitch," said Bryan Fletcher, president, Valley Industries. "It's a complete ride-a-long towing system that's readily accessible when you need it, and hidden away when you don't. And because the tow ball is stored within the mounting, there's no risk of losing or finding yourself without it."

Valley's Stow-A-Ball hitch is rated at 25,000 lbs. maximum gross trailer weight and 6,250 lbs. tongue weight for towing popular gooseneck applications including stock, utility and horse trailers. The tow ball rotates within the socket to eliminate coupler binding while the socket itself is offset to increase ball placement options.

Safety chain loops are designed to be placed in the lower rib section of the truck bed and feature a spring tension design that keeps the loops against the bed - and not rattling - when the hitch is not being used. And, the safety loops are positioned away from the ball to prevent any contact with the coupler.

For added convenience, Valley's exclusive Twist-To-Lock cable, sealed to prevent rust, can be mounted anywhere within four feet of the locking pin - through the truck bed, wheel well or even the vehicle frame.

The Stow-A-Ball Gooseneck Hitch mounting bracket is powdercoated with polyester paint for weather resistance and rust protection, and comes with a five-year limited warranty.

Head assembly and installation kits are sold separately, and are available for most popular Chevrolet/GMC, Dodge and Ford pickups, including: 1999-2004 Silverado/Sierra 1500, 2500 and 3500 long & short bed (including HD); 1994-2004 Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 long & short bed; and 1980-2004 F-150 long & short bed, among others.

The Stow-A-Ball Gooseneck Hitch and other Valley towing equipment can be purchased at leading automotive parts and retail stores including Blain's Farm & Fleet, Napa Auto and Tractor Supply Company locations.
