Reviewer's Notebook: Bilstein Shock Review

Source: Toyota at Off-Road.com

Vehicle: 1995 4Runner, 22RE
Supplier: Cdn Distributor in Toronto
Price: $360 Cdn

Pros: I replaced the factory shocks at 20000 km (approx 12K miles) and experienced significantly better highway ride and better/flatter cornering.Backcountry washboard roads are much better absorbed.I have never bottomed out in the big bumps. Lifetime warranty a definite plus.

Cons: Initially the normal street ride was harsher than the stock shocks but appears to be getting better after 8k miles or I am getting used to them.
