As we all know the door buzzers are irritating. well one day i got so fed up with the buzzer while i was hunting i reached under the dash and took it out. it sat under my seat for a few months because i never got around to throwing it out.i also realized that the automatic interior light wouldnt turn on with the drivers door opening. so i grabed the buzzer and sat down at a table and dismanteled the buzzer unit. i found out what was making the buzzing noise. it was two peices of metal the viberate together, so i pulled out my trusty pocket knife and bent the two peices of metal apart from eachother and put the buzzer back together and put it back into my toyota. now i can open my drivers door and be greeted with a cab light. and all it took me to fix the annoying sound was to unplug the buzzer pull it apart bend a peice of metal and put it all back together, it wouldnt take more than 5 minutes to do and it cost absolutly nothing
