Corona, Ca - advanced FLOW engineering (aFe), an industry leader in performance intakes, filters, manifolds and exhaust systems is pleased to announce the release of its new Blade Runner intercooler with tube upgrade for the 2007.5 and up Dodge Ram Cummins with the L6-6.7L (td) motors part number 46-20032.

AFe’s Blade Runner intercooler uses patented Multiple MDV technology equipped aluminum end tanks, which consist of multiple airfoil vanes to help distribute hot compressed air evenly throughout the whole intercooler resulting in a more even cooling cycle, greatly lowering exhaust gas temperatures. It also includes a mandrel bent 3-inch 409 stainless steel tube upgrade that is powder-coated for maximum cooling efficiency. Three heavy-duty, five-ply aramid-reinforced couplings give this upgrade the much-needed strength to easily withstand high boost (200psi) pressures and maintain reliability while holding pressure drop to less than 1 psi. All hardware, including constant tension t-bolt clamps, is supplied for an easy installation.

In recent testing, part number 46-20032 (With aFe’s 75-11342 Air Intake and 49-42006 Exhaust System) out-flowed the factory Intercooler by 45 percent and produced a stunning 20 horsepower and 63 foot-pounds of torque increase at 1750 rpm. The MSRP of $2,311.25 and is available in stores now.
