Club Name: Maine Mud Bog Association (MMBA)
Type of Club: We are a group of mud racers who race for points at many different tracks throughout the state of Maine. There are approximately 100 members in the club. We have 7 different classes and anyone may race against us at any of the local tracks and anyone may join our club who is interested in playing in the mud. We race almost every weekend excluding the weekend of the 4th of July and the weekend of September 19 on Sunday's. We start the summer racing schedule on the 9th of May and end our season on the 10th of October. The tracks we race at are in Starks, Fayette, Skowhegan, Detroit, Oxford, and Pittston Maine. The biggest events on our schedule are the one's in Pittston. These events are the Maine 4x4 Festivals and they run on 2 different weekends, the weekend's of June 26&27 and August 14&15. This event is held at the Pittston Fair Grounds on RT.194. They are having a Top Truck Competition, A 4x4 Show, A Tough Truck Race, Truck pulling, Sand Drags, and MMBA Sanctioned Mud Racing all weekend long.
