Does anybody want to know how this ended? Does anybody care? I wonder if the trespassers will now apologize. http://www.timescall.com/region-story.asp?ID=3406

There is a law writen around 1870 that states any wagon road or indian trail in common use shall be defined as public land these roads cannot be closed nor can tolls be charged for the use of these roads. The law was writen because the railroads bought up public land in mountain passes and defiles and charged tolls to pass through them.
