Landowner's Coalition Demands Repeal of ESA
May 1, 2006

"Fed up" landowners have said "enough" to feeble efforts by Congress to "fix" the Endangered Species Act (ESA). That's why a coalition of property rights groups, led by the American Land Foundation, Stewards of the Range, the American Policy Center, Liberty Matters, and the PFUSA Grange have now gathered more than 6,300 signatures to a letter calling for repeal of the ESA.

SENATE BETRAYAL CREATES "SON OF CARA" MONSTER
December 1, 2005

If you can't steal the land through the front door, then make sure you have the back door open and ready. This is now standard operating procedure in the United States Congress and so it was in the wee hours of December 20th as Congress rushed to adjourn for the Christmas holiday. The result was "Son of CARA," yet another attack on the ownership of property in America.

THE SANCTION OF THE VICTIM
December 1, 2005

Dominating every other priority of the environmental movement is the drive to destroy the concept of private property. Those who seek to rule and regulate your every action know that, without the right to own and control property, there can be no economy, no rule of law. A capitalist system ceases to exist without property rights and, without this fulcrum, no other rights are possible. If you cannot own property, you become the property of the State.

LAND USE ISSUES - YES TO SUCKERFISH. NO TO HUMANS

US Marshals now guard the irrigation canal gates in Klamath Falls, Oregon, to insure that the 1,400 farmers there cannot have access to water in the midst of a drought. This is the federal government's response to a lawsuit brought by a radical environmental organization whose sole mission is to use the Endangered Species Act and other environmental legislation in ways that attack every aspect of the nation's economy.

American Policy Center
December 1, 2005

It was totally cynical and totally Clintonian. Four days before he was forced to relinquish the powers of the Presidency, he created six new "national monuments" involving a million more federal acres to the sixty million already sequestered from the use of Americans.

DEVOURING AMERICA'S PRIVATE PROPERTY
December 1, 2005

Quietly, with little public notice, private property has been disappearing across America at an alarming rate for more than a decade.

THE WEST IS BURNING. AGAIN. HERE'S WHY.
December 1, 2005

The West is once again on fire as forests burn through millions of dollars of timber stock, much of which should have been harvested to thin out those forests and thus protect them from becoming the tinder that dying and diseased trees represent.
