In first or second gear at low speeds, when you try to roll the throttle on, you get an immediate response that's hard to control. This is exactly the kind of thing you don't need when trail riding on tight trails.

While the four-stroke can put the power to the ground effectively there is nothing quite like the feel of the two-stroke snapping to attention or exploding out of a berm. A two-stroke may not find the traction like a four-stroke but it has other strengths that a four-stroke just can't match.

Stock Jeep bumpers are fairly worthless and easily get destroyed on the trail. Upgrading to a stout bumper is almost mandatory for any Jeep JK that is going to hit the trail. We decided to install the latest rear bumper from OR-Fab and take a close look at it. See if it is up to the task.
