The LOST COAST 4x4's club was formed in Fortuna, California in the summer of 1992. About six members were active that summer. The club began building and recruiting new members. By the summer of 1993, There were about a dozen members. We now have about 50 members. The Lost Coast 4x4's participate in a yearly beach cleanup. For the last few years the club has collected tons of garbage off of the South Jetty of Humbolt Bay. The club and a local lumber company has donated the cost of dumping , around $250.00 per year. The club also participates in the Fortuna Rodeo Parade every year.

This mud bog takes place four times a year by the Toledo 4 Wheelers at thier property in Toledo, Ohio. The club is a member of Rustbelt Four Wheel Drive Association. The mud bog hole is so deep that the only trucks that made it through were on tractor tires! All the trucks had fun blasting the stinky mud though!
