You read that correctly, ORBA will not be defending your public access rights - and you should thank them for that. Why? Because defending the rights of off roaders has never worked. No matter which offroad organization has cropped up in the last 30 years, they always seem to start with great enthusiasm and 99 percent of them have faded away in failure for one simple reason - they defend themselves against environmentalists.
