Did ya' ever read George Orwell's
"1984"? Perhaps you should. I've had it with this Politically Correct BS, and
by the time you're done reading this article, there'll be no doubt in
your mind as to why. Anyone with a weak stomach or lacking in the guts
to stand up and speak out for what is right, please leave now and go
call your friends, the "Thought Police". You won't like what
you're going to read. Better yet, maybe you should stay and learn
something. The term "environmentalist", once used
to describe those who cared for, and worked to make our planet a better
and more healthy place to live, has been bastardized by a group of power
hungry liberal control freaks who have determined that the public at
large is to stupid - to "evil" to be allowed to enjoy
something called "freedom". To the Liberal mind, people not
marching lockstep with their ideology and "vision" of how
things "should" be, people who choose to live outside their
"Third Way" must be dealt with quickly and decisively. They
are quickly, and repeatedly labeled "Extremists". I must confess; I am an "Extremist". I
have thoughts, beliefs, and ingrained convictions that are considered
blasphemous by today's guardians of public morality - the
"Liberals", the "Environmentalists", and the
"Mainstream Media". Just remember these words. Perhaps you've
heard them before.... "Extremism in pursuit
of liberty is no vice" I will make no apologies to a group of whining
sycophants for my "extremism". Ever. In fact, I will continue
to revel in it - glory in it. My extremism is as much a part of me as
the hair on my head; and it goes to my very core. Every morning when I
wake up I can honestly look at myself in the mirror and say, "I'm
not ashamed of who I am, and what I do". Hell, I'm proud of it, and
I'm gonna' spread it around! Who am I? Well, let me tell you a little about
myself and who knows? Perhaps you'll see a little "extremist"
in yourself as well. Perhaps you aren't the person you thought you were. I'm a single parent who was very happily married
until I lost my wife to cancer. I wonder daily if somehow one of the lab
animals liberated from a research facility by "animal rights"
terrorists might not have held a cure - or at least a stepping stone
that would have led to one. No, perhaps not in time for Tina, but maybe,
just maybe for someone else out there. Thanks to people more concerned
with the "rights" of a rat than the rights of a human being
we'll never know now, will we. After all, "Animal Rights" terrorists
can burn a multi-million dollar ski facility to the ground, assault
doctors and medical researchers, threaten their children with broken
glass, needles and blood, and nothing - ever - gets done about it. Well,
nothing positive anyway. What chance will there be for a cure for
anything when the so called "mainstream media" chooses to
shift the focus away from actions of terrorist groups like the ALF, ELF,
and Earth First!, away from their supporters in "mainstream"
environmental groups like the Sierra Club, and toward the supposed
"nobility" of their stated cause? Rather than working together with civilized people
to bring them to justice, our "mainstream media" paints these
criminals - nay, terrorists as martyrs; elevating them to new heights of
victimized sainthood with every atrocity they commit. Somehow we avoid headlines like ... "Eco Arsonists Destroy Ski Lodge" ...and instead use "PC" replacements
like... "Grassroots Environmental Activists Struggle
Against Capitalist Greed To Save Noble Endangered Predator" Excuse me whilst I puke on a Lynx.... We end up reading this nonsense because over the
years, parents have abandoned their responsibilities and turned the
reins over to "society". They've let the media, the public
school system, and an army of special interest groups determine
"what is acceptable" and "what is not". - As a result, the concept of critical thought
has been bred out of the human condition, and morality is now
governed by the verbal gymnastics of the 6 o'clock news.
- As a result, "The American People"?
have become little more than a herd of lobotomized sheep; Easily
led, and easily controlled.
I am not a sheep. I am very much in touch with my
inner wolf. I am a father who takes an active role in raising my child,
refusing to allow another addition to the flock - at least on my watch. Speaking of "watch", I do things like
watch the TV shows my daughter watches and talk them over with her. I
read the books she reads, and do likewise. I know the friends she has,
and what they do for kicks. I have also made it a point to ingrain the
concepts of personal responsibility & right vs. wrong into her blond
little skull from day one. But what good is it to teach right and wrong when
(thanks to the beliefs given to us by our mainstream media) our
President can shake his Monica scented finger in your face, lie like a
well used rug, perjure himself like an accomplished felon, blow the hell
out of innocent people in one sovrign nation's aspirin factories, wage
unconstitutional wars against another, and come away from it a poll
manipulated "more popular than ever" world leader? What good is it to teach personal responsibility
and pride in one's self to our kids when Hillary Clinton tells us that
it "Takes a Village to Raise a Child". Hell Hillary, (can I
call you "Hillary"? Believe me, it's a lot better than what
I'd like to call you) If I'd known that, I'd have spent more time in the
garage with my truck instead of taking responsibility as a parent. I
should have just let the village crack whore down the street worry about
teaching my kid some values. What good is taking an active interest in what
your kids watch and read? After all, since shows and movies like Captain
Planet and Fern Gully tow the Eco-line and tell the flock that humans
are the root of all evil, that should just about cover it. After all, 5
out of 5 Socialists recommend heavy doses of guilt for people who
require guilt (that's all of us in case you weren't paying attention). And what's worse, I even told the kid about sex!
My God, I didn't even ship her off to a bunch of "Planned
Parenthood", NAMBLA, NOW or ACT UP indoctrination seminars to let
them "diversify" her world view! What in Sam Hell was I
thinking? I must have lost my mind! I mean really now, what could a
devout heterosexual male possibly know about that subject? I'm a relic
from another time! Perhaps Patricia Ireland and Co. should have taken
the reins, much like they've done in our public schools, and forced
their "reproductive rights" religion on the poor misguided
child. Now in saying that, I must also be branded a
Misogynist (that's a woman or -"Womyn" - hater to you bub) by
default. How dare I speak out against a position supported by the
omnipotent "Feminists"!?!?!? Easy (there's that alpha - wolf thing again).
Groups like NOW gave up any credibility they once enjoyed when they
ignored "fellow" women Paula Jones and Juanita Broadrick to
slither themselves ever deeper into bed with our pseudo
"president" and his Socialist regime. Solely I may add, to
increase their powerbase. Ya' know what? Girls? Life sucks, get a
helmet. Did I mention I was a gen-U-ine White Devil??
Yea I know, now Jessie Jackson, the "Rainbow - Push
Coalition", and the Democratic Black Caucus have a reason to hate
me too, and label me a "racist". But what can I say? Aside
from this Vegas tan skin, I'm a honky. I refuse to apologize for being
born to white parents (with a little Indian (I also refuse to say
"Native-American") thrown in for good measure). I didn't own
slaves, my parents didn't own slaves, my grandparents didn't own slaves,
and my GREAT grandparents didn't own slaves Jessie. Get the hell over
it. Perhaps if hyphenated "Americans"
dropped the hyphens and all the divisive hypocrisy that accompanies it,
we truly would be one people - but I digress. I have a religion. I personally believe in God. I
don't believe in worshiping tree spirits, praying to a very very large
round rock named "Gaia", dancing with wolves, or howling at
the moon (unless of course, the Tecate and Margaritas went down a little
too quick ;-). The problem is that my God (he appears in that book
called the Bible) is so evil, so vile and disgusting, that no
"good" Socialist can bear to hear his name. It seems to cause
them to break out in fits of frivolous lawsuits and claims of
"violation of rights atrocities". Voodoo rituals, dog
whispering, and praying to plants however are not only acceptable forms
of worship, but encouraged for their "diversity". Hey, to each their own, and I can generally
respect your personal beliefs. But as soon as you push your faith on me,
don't cry foul when I push back. I'm not a "Victim". I can freely admit
that I have made my fair share of mistakes in life, realize that I'll
make a few more before it's over, and feel no need to blame it on seeing
my mother naked in the bathroom when I was 4 yrs. old. I don't feel that
I was held back in kindergarten because some aforementioned hyphen-
"American" lived in a better neighborhood than I did, or that
my skills at flipping burgers somehow entitled me to the fast track
toward the Presidency of Microsoft. If I want more out of life, I accept that I must
simply work harder at it. If I work hard enough and use my head for
something besides the receptacle for a crack pipe, I may even stand a
good chance of getting it. Unlike my socialist liberal counterparts, I
also accept the fact that life holds no guarantees, that it
"IS" unfair and that horror of horrors, I may never achieve oh
so lofty heights I may or may not be destined for. I see nothing wrong with guns or the NRA. Guns
don't kill injure, or hurt anything. If you put a loaded assault rifle
in a perfect vacuum, you can safely sit with it pointed at your forehead
for the rest of your life and it will never hurt you much less kill you.
Period. Likewise, a banana peel won't make you slip and fall. You have
to step on the dang thing first. Yet Handgun Control Inc. and their fellow gun
control nazis would have us believe that guns do all this killing in the
world. Right. And PETA considers your stove the gas chamber of the
animal holocaust. Face facts. One concept is as asinine as the other. I'm an off-roader. A scourge of the biosphere.
Rather than pray to it, I drive over it in a truck. No, not everywhere,
but in areas where such usage is acceptable and where no lasting damage
will occur. Contrary to the green propaganda, I fail to see how a 10
foot wide trail that's 5 miles long somehow does more damage to the
desert than a sand storm that haphazardly relocates a few million metric
tons of dirt and other "particulates" in a matter of hours. Do
the math people. No really, DO THE MATH!!! This more than nearly anything makes me verminous
scum to the likes of Earth First!, the Sierra Club, and Clintonian
demagogues like Bruce Babbit and Carol Browner. What makes me even worse
is that I taught my useless eater (er...I
mean my daughter - see what happens when you are continually exposed to
the propaganda of the Socialist Left? You begin to use it in normal
conversation; thus helping propagate the lie) to enjoy nature from a truck, as well as on foot. In fact, I taught her
to experience and enjoy nature in as many ways as is possible! I taught
her that man is NOT a "cancer on the face of the earth". I
taught her that man is an intrigal PART OF NATURE - not separate from
it. Oh, those aren't the only "extremist"
thoughts I exposed the poor child to. Nosiree Dave Foreman...... - I taught her the evils of Capitalism! GASP!!! I
taught her to be competitive, because once she's out in the real
world, she will be competing in everything she does. It's not like a
Massachusetts school football game where every team goes home a
winner - simply because they showed up.
- I taught her not to rely on someone else's hard
earned money to get through life.
- I taught her not to spend her life at the
government trough with her hand stuck out like a whining victim of
society.
- I taught her to have pride in herself, and a
job well done. I taught her to believe in herself - to do her best
in whatever she does.
Crime of crimes, I may have even done
"irreparable damage to her self esteem" by giving her horrible
facts like... "Some people will do
some things BETTER than she does,
and some people will do WORSE!" Yes dear reader, I actually instilled upon this
child that all people are not the same - THEY'RE ALL DIFFERENT!!!! Now if you show this blatant example of
"Extremism" to any card carrying liberal, regardless of their
social cause, they will ask you give them my address and have me
arrested for child abuse. After all, my every action flies in the face
of their quest for a new world order, environmental justice, social
engineering, the "Third Way" and the "International
Rights of the Child". Among other their many splendid agendas...... You know something? I don't really give a damn.
I'm an extremist, and I'm proud of it. What about you? "It's
