If you saw my post last Monday PM, you'd know you aren't alone! Today I sent a
nastygram to our dealer's sales manager, but it won't do any good. When you've
got a business where you can sell all the product you can get (and at list price
+), it's probably human nature to be arrogant and ignore the niceties of
"customer service". I found another dealer and am now on a short(er)
