dave,

good idea, i should have posted this earlier...

the oil filter goes on both ways, there is no difference. it will
require quite a bit of force to install.

the anti drainback valve unseats when the filter is removed.

remove the flter first, be carefull, it may be hot.

use a large pan to drain the oil into. some jackass decieded to put the
drain plug right over the stabilizer bar. it will splash all over, you
may want to wear safety galsses.

replace all of the "o" rings on the oil filter housing.

tighten the housing to the spec molded into it.
