if a 15a fuse is blowing before a 6a fuse, then it is the combination of
the cooler (must be drawing <6a) and some other load on this circuit, i
doubt that a new cooler will help unless the 6a fuse is bypassed somehow
in your unit...

i recommend going to our fuse box lid/owners manual and finding out what
other devices are on that same circuit. if it continues to be a
problem, let me know and i will re-write my circuit breaker suggestion.
