I hope dealerships everywhere take notice of Peter's comments.
Fortunately for my wife and me, we were pleased with our interactions with
the folks at FMW -- HOWEVER, I do remember in the distant past watching in
horror as a Volvo dealership treated my parents like second-class citizens
simply because they weren't dressed in business attire. These instances
are examples of classism at their worst, and I'm glad Peter got the last
laugh.
