Agree with Peter. Got mine from FMW, after nine month wait. Couldn't get
a build date until about a month before on vehicle was delivered, but they
were very nice about it an not adversarial at all. And yes, I was a pest!

I bought my ML320 at Chambers. FMW lost my business by ignoring me and my
wife when we were looking for a Mercedes (Oct 96) to buy for her. We were
not dressed up for the occassion, and maybe they thought we were just
kibitzing. Went to Chambers and they treated us royally inspite of the
sweatpants and dirty snowboots. We bought my wife's C280 which we traded up
for a E420 a year after. I put up a deposit for an ML320 a month after the
C280 delivery. So, FMW lost out on three cars because their salesman
thought we were just a bunch of boat people.
