I thought I was the only one with multiple deposits on vehicles! I've had a
deposit on a 320 since last November 22 (!) and STILL firm delivery date from "the
biggest MB dealer in New England"! In frustration, I put a deposit on a 430 early
in June at another dealer, and within a few days got a firm 10/30/98 build date.
We'll see what happens. If road tests indicate 430 significantly better than 320,
I'll take it. If not, I may take whichever arrives first.
