I hope this isn't going too far off topic for this list...

Thanks for the tip, but before I go off and try to find more
info on this.... I'm having trouble imagining how a 7 cd changer
could possible fit in that space under the current radio.
Are you talking about a unit that will fit in that cavity,
under a Nakamichi cassette/radio unit that I'm assuming
also exists, and I assume that I will need to get to work with
this changer....????

Also, any general idea on price? I was prepared to spend $1100 for
the Alpine unit but that is my upper limit (for both cassette/radio
and the changer).
