I have the Thule rack. I got it as a ski rack so no experience yet with the
bikes (I don't usually drive to go biking), but some general comments that
should apply to bike rack use also: easy to take on/off (it is a little
heavy/awkward for me but I can still do it by myself in a few minutes, after
I put a piece of tape to mark the alignment for the bolt holes to match up),
the tilting part works ok but is kind of a pain (if there is any weight on
the rack that is uneven, very difficult to put back up... they do say don't
tilt with anything on the rack), so I ended up not using tilting very much.

It also adds 3 feet to the back.

And I think a lock would have to be added on to the bike rack? (the ski rack
locks). The rack itself doesn't lock onto the hitch either, if that is a concern.
