Hi.

I bought it for my own use and I'm the wife :-) My husband drives a 92
Volvo 240 Wagon (he buys his own cars too). Actually the ML is turning
out to be a problem car for carpooling, because of the front side
airbag (and the lack of the third row of seats). So this summer
for camp I'll probably end up mostly driving my mom's 90 Honda Accord!!!
I would like to know if anyone has been able to "place an order" for the
third row as an add-on. I talked to sales, parts, service depts, and the
800 number. Very unclear, although generally sounds like a fall
delivery. I'd like to place an order to be first in line if possible!

I have the side cargo nets. Very handy, esp. for single grocery bags or
small items. Probably won't coexist with the third row of seats though.
I also like the all weather mats I got for the winter. Might just keep
them in even for the summer.

I have the base model btw (only $1000 deposit asked by two dealers but that
was last fall).
Thinking about getting the rear windows tinted, and finally found a
Stongard installer in Massachusetts (the shop I went for a tinting estimate!).

I would like to (still) get new CD/cassette radio but will probably get the
windows & Stongard done first (unless the Stongard is really outrageous... I
do already have a few scratches so may not be worth it).
