Thomas, I painted the bumper on my wife's car once (88 Olds Cierra), after
she hit a deer. Used a rubberizer additive. It came out great and the
paint even held up when she rear ended a van about a year later. Make sure
whoever does the work uses this additive. Jeez... I hope she doesn't pop
the ML's cherry to quickly!
