Need to find a dealer near you? This is the site can help you. After AMG was bought by M-B, Brabus is probably the most prominit independent M-B tuner. They managed to stuff a 7.3l V-12 engine to the M-Class engine bay that will run 0-60mph in 5.4 second and 167 mph top speed electronically limited, plus some very agreesive exterior moldings. Just don't ask the price. It carries brush guard from Manik and a few other third party items for the M-Class. Ever wonder what the upcoming S-Class will look like? This site has photos and reports mostly from Germany about upcoming new models and other M-B related information. This is the MBCA's official site. While not a lot of information available from the site, you can apply for membership to the Club and the Star magazine published bi-monthly is well worth the subscription price by itself. David Lefebvre has been running this Mercedes-Benz mailing list for several years. The list is open to anyone who is interested in M-B vehicles. A search engine allows you to find inforamtion from archive. This site is run by Bay Area (Silicon Valley) M-B dealership network and the Video Vault page has several very interesting M-B videos in various streaming format, including several rare footage of prototype M-Class blasting through deserts during the million-mile test. If you have a high-speed Internet access, go for the QuickTime format for best quality video. Mercedes-Benz M-Class Owners Forum KII Enterprise runs this site providing owners forum to varios 4x4 vehicles. While it serves good purpose but it allows anonymous posting with minimum policying making it easily fested which is why we now have the mail list here.
Several owners ordered various M-B OEM accessories such as fender flair set from Clair and reported good experience and price. Unfortunately the Web site does not have a M-B specific page. Find the phone number from the web page and use the good old telephone for the rest. While not M-B or M-Class specific, this site is frequently shopped by M-Class owners. Its merchandise is for SUV only, including various exterior gears such as brush guards, side steps/tubes, rack systems, auxiliary lamps and bulbs; and interior protection gears such as floormats, cargo liners, and seat covers. FET produces a line of auxilariy lights under the CATZ brand name. You can find product specifications and light beam patterns in this site. Since PIAA does not have its own web site, I pick this reseller's site for PIAA information as it carries the most PIAA products. There are many resellers carrying PIAA products, choose the one you like. Hella probably will claim it's the king of the off-road lighting but it also does not have its own web page. This site has the complete Hella product lines.
