When we heard that Kreg Donahoe was going to compete at UROC's first Pro National event in Phoenix, Ariz., we knew it would make a good story. A longtime desert veteran and President of Donahoe Racing, his life revolves around racing in the vast, open expanses of the American Southwest. Needless to say, Donahoe, so passionate about the sport, has formed some strong opinions. So, when he decided to trade in his go-fast machine for a crawler and hit UROC's man-made Phoenix course, we instantly turned him into a DIRTsports writer and had him document his experience. What follows are his own words.
