Hey, I live in Baja, and let me tell you, right now is a good time to visit. Most of the traffic jams of the week following the tragedy have diminished to stuff you can handle. The traffic is light, there are plenty of empty seats in the restaurants and the merchants are price cutting on everything from pottery to fake Rolexes.

Before you load up the 4x4 with coolers and folding lawn chairs, you gotta know the Who, What, When and Where of the event.
