Carl Renezeder has become CORRs most polarizing figure. He was involved in on-track altercations both days, and the crowd's
response was mixed each time. (JOSH BURNS)

Championship Off-Road Racing's third stop of the year at the Los Angeles County Fairplex in Pomona, California, did not disappoint.
Like all of the CORR races run thus far in the season, Pomona III truly had it all.
Saturday's Pro 4 battle featured an intense battle among Kyle LeDuc, Carl Renezeder and Johnny Greaves, but Greaves would
later suffer a brutal crash in turn one, where he rolled over six times and was unable to race Sunday. LeDuc was able to stay
away from the chaos and claim his first Pro 4 win, with Rick Huseman finishing second. Third place went to Kyle's father Curt
LeDuc, marking the first time the two have been on the podium together in the same race.
"I guess dreams do come true," Curt LeDuc said. "It's an emotional moment. I never thought it would happen, but here it is."
Rob MacCachren finished with a clean sweep of Pro 2 at Pomona III.

On Sunday, Curt LeDuc hit the ground running, taking the early lead, followed by Huseman, Kyle LeDuc, Renezeder and Douglas.
LeDuc led all the way back to the stripe, but Huseman was able to slide under and pass him on turn one of lap two.
After the mandatory caution, Renezeder pressured Huseman for the lead two laps into the second half, only to spin after Huseman
made contact by clipping his rear left side in turn five. Renezeder lost five positions as a result of the contact, and CORR
officials deemed Huseman's move to be too aggressive, serving him a stop-and-go penalty.
Kyle LeDuc took advantage of the incident to move into the lead, only to slow on lap 16 and drop off the pace, handing the
lead to Douglas, who took his second Pro 4 win in three starts. Renezeder got slammed again in turn five, this time by Curt
LeDuc, who was also handed a stop-and-go penalty. In all the chaos, Steve Barlow came through to finish second, ahead of Renezeder.
Afterward, Huseman apologized to Renezeder, who was clearly still frustrated in his interview.

"How many times are you gonna say sorry?" Renezeder said after getting spun twice. "To me, they're driving desperate. I love
racing out there, it's just not great when you get spun around twice in the same race."
In Pro 2, Rockstar/Menzies Motorsports' Rob MacCachren had a strong weekend, posting a clean sweep of Saturday and Sunday's
races. On Saturday, MacCachren and Renezeder were in a tight battle for second, but MacCachren was able to get by him and
pressure leader Todd LeDuc, eventually passing him to earn his fourth win of the season. LeDuc finished second, followed by
Scott Taylor.
